DELIVERY

We want you to be able to show off your new bag as soon as possible. We typically process orders within one business day and ship with standard carriers. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you’re not happy with your bag, just send it back for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date (except water bottles. Those are yours forever). We use a service that makes it super easy. Just head here to return or exchange your bag. 

Once we receive your return, it usually takes about a week to see your credit. You’ll get a refund confirmation email as soon as we process it.

Return labels are provided at a 25% discount off our already discounted rates. There is no shipping fee for exchanges or store credits.

If you haven’t ordered yet and are uncertain about your color choice, please consider requesting fabric samples as they are more environmentally friendly to ship. We will send them to you free of charge via priority mail.

Also, we L-O-V-E to talk to customers, if you want us to help you decide on color or style, please give us a call at 800-979-5645 or email us at doubletake@shopdoubletake.com. We'll get you pointed in the right direction. We don't charge a shipping fee on products that we recommend to you.

What exactly can I return?

  • All unused items with tags and original packaging purchased within the last 30 days.
  • Defective items

What exactly can’t I return?

  • Any item you didn’t purchase from our website
  • Accessories, including water bottles
  • "Final Sale" items
  • Free gifts or promotional items

How do I return or exchange a gift?

Enter the order number and the email of the person who gave you the gift ​here​. If you don't have the order number, please email us at doubletake@shopdoubletake.com . You’ll need to provide their name and the email address used for the order.

Returns can be refunded to the original form of payment, exchanged for another item or given as store credit.

What if I don’t have a receipt or I got my items from one of your retail partners?

If you don’t have proof of purchase, email us at doubletake@shopdoubletake.com and we’ll try our hardest to find the info you need and figure out the best way for you to return it. If you got your items from somewhere besides our website, you’ll need to return it there within the guidelines of their return policy.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes. Our products are high quality and we are super reasonable people. If your item doesn’t hold up or has a defect, you can return it.
