First, the Melbie bag is absolutely perfect. I LOVE the color, the size, the organization. Very easy to find things, and it's so cute.
But even more, the customer service was just so OUTSTANDING. I wanted a color that was sold out from a couple years ago. I sent a message asking if they'd make something similar again. Instead, I got an email from someone in customer service who offered to check their warehouse for old stock. She found me a Melbie in the color I wanted and arranged the purchase. WOW! They went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted and I'm very happy. THANK YOU!!!!!

From my house to the country club, this bag is perfect! If I start with a yoga class then head straight to tennis, it fits my tennis shoes and clothes perfectly. Plus its super cute!
I love the quality of the Melbourne bag as well as its functionality and overall look. The bag is made very well with quality material. It has pockets for everything. Being able to alternate between a backpack and tote is very handy for me.
Our tennis team bought this for me as a captain's gift. What a great splurge on me that I would have not taken myself. Love all the pickets and different ways to carry this bag. Such a good surprise!
This is my second bag by Doubletake, and I’ll admit that I hesitated with my first purchase because it’s a bit of an investment. I was not disappointed. I LOVED my first bag (Melbie) and have used it for a couple of years. It still looks brand new. I just wanted a little more room. The design, function, and quality of these bags is unmatched by anything I’ve owned or seen on the court. Best bag ever!
I love my new bag! It’s large and can hold a lot without being awkward or clunky. I also love that the straps are easily convertible and it can serve as both backpack and bag! I got the silver with stars and the pattern is cute! It seems well made and I’m hoping it will hold up over time!
I was looking for a backpack that held a lot, but wasn’t a “black hole”. The water bottle holder on the outside is a perk. Holds all my gear where I can still access mid match without dumping it out! Keep making new color options!! A really nice black based one would be nice with an accent color!
I love this bag! It checks all the boxes- lots of rooms with several inside pockets, holds 2 racquets and converts easily from a tote to a backpack. I love it!
